Preparing for the Home Inspection

• Insure that all utilities are turned on at the time of the inspection.
• Try to have clutter removed so that the inspector has easy access, particularly at the inside perimeter of the basement and garage.
• Allocate time in your schedule to be present...it is your best opportunity to learn a great deal about your new home.
